Delivery scope

Benix delivers within the service area available when the order is confirmed. Areas, schedules, and shipping notes may be updated in system settings and restated on each order.

Fees and timing

• Shipping fees follow the current setting or the quote given when the order is confirmed.

• Delivery timing depends on the area, stock, and the technician schedule if the order includes a survey or installation.

• The website does not publish one fixed delivery date for every order.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for an accurate address, unit number, floor, and receiving phone number. A redelivery caused by a wrong address or failed contact may incur an extra fee, which will be announced before it is charged.

Events outside our control

Weather, traffic, carrier incidents, or carrier requirements can change the schedule. Benix will update you when new information is available, but the website does not promise a fixed compensation amount.

Receiving on behalf of someone else

If the recipient is not the person who placed the order, please note this on the order. The recipient should inspect the package under the inspection policy before signing.
