Warranty policy

Warranty length is set per product. Benix receives the request and guides the process.

Updated: 20/08/2026

Warranty period

The warranty period is shown on the product page or on the confirmed order. Benix does not apply one global month count to every device on the website. If a product page has no month value, staff will confirm it when the order is finalized.

Acceptance conditions

  • The product is still within the confirmed period.

  • The fault appeared while the product was used as instructed.

  • A label, serial, or order record is available to verify origin.

  • The case is not in the exclusions below.

Process

  • Step 1. Contact Benix, describe the symptom, and send photos or video.

  • Step 2. Benix receives the case and guides remote checks when possible.

  • Step 3. If needed, we schedule an on-site check or collect the device.

  • Step 4. We share the plan: repair, part replacement, or another path based on the technical conclusion.

Typical exclusions

  • Impact damage, water beyond the stated rating, or power damage from an unsuitable supply.

  • Unauthorized disassembly, unofficial firmware, or repair outside the Benix process.

  • Incorrect placement, an incompatible door type, or missing required parts that were advised in advance.

  • An expired warranty or an order that cannot be verified.

Is every product covered for 12 months?+

No. The month count is set on each product or order. Do not treat a single website number as a promise.

Do I need a paper invoice?+

The Benix order and contact record are usually enough. An invoice or receipt, if you have one, can speed up the check.
