Accepting the terms

By using the Benix website, you agree to use the content to learn about products and to send lawful purchase requests. Copying commercial content, images, or technical descriptions for another website requires Benix permission.

Product information and prices

Prices, stock, specifications, and descriptions on the website may change before an order is confirmed. If there is a difference, the details confirmed with Benix staff on the order take priority.

Accounts and the admin area

The Admin area is only for people who have been granted access. Sharing an account, trying to bypass permissions, or downloading content without permission may lead to access being revoked.

Limitation of responsibility

The website provides information and an order channel. Benix is not responsible for indirect loss caused by incorrect self-installation, use outside the guidance, or a purchase decision based on outdated information that was not reconfirmed with staff.

Policy changes

Benix may update policy pages in Admin. The version shown on the website when you submit an order applies, unless the confirmed order states different terms.
