Installation policy

Installation is not included by default

Unless the product page states that installation is included or the order confirms that line item, the product price does not include labor. Benix does not promise free installation for every website order.

Survey and compatibility

• Door locks and some IoT devices depend on door thickness, material, power, and network conditions.

• Benix may ask for door photos, a drawing, or an on-site survey before accepting installation.

• If the site is not suitable, Benix will say so in advance and propose another option instead of forcing the install.

Extra parts

Hinges, door frames, extra power, cabling, surface boxes, or renovation parts that are not in the product box may be charged separately. Those items are stated before work starts.

After handover

After handover, you receive basic operating guidance. Damage from extra drilling, moving the device, or hardware changes after handover is reviewed under the warranty policy and is not automatically covered as an installation warranty.
