How to order on the Benix website: choose a product, confirm the order, and wait for Benix to contact you.

Scope
This policy describes how customers place orders on the Benix website. It is an operating guide and does not replace the terms confirmed on each order.
How to buy
Choose a product and variant (if any) on the product page.
Add it to the cart or use buy now to go to checkout.
Enter contact details, delivery address, and a payment method.
Submit the order. Benix receives it as pending confirmation.
A Benix staff member contacts you to confirm the product, stock, shipping fee, and delivery timing before processing.
Information we need
To process an order, Benix needs your name, phone number, delivery address, and any notes about the product or installation. Incomplete details can delay confirmation.
Unconfirmed orders
An order that has been submitted but not yet confirmed can be adjusted or cancelled by agreement when we contact you. Benix may decline an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery details cannot be verified, or the order does not match what is currently sold.
Does submitting an order reserve the product?+
No. The order is processed only after Benix confirms stock, price, and delivery terms with you.
Can I change the variant after submitting?+
You can discuss this when we call, if the new variant is available and shipping has not started.
