Inspection policy
Check the package, model, quantity, and condition on delivery. Keep photos if you find damage.
Updated: 20/08/2026
On delivery
The customer or the person receiving the goods should inspect the package before signing, within a reasonable scope at the delivery point. If the courier does not allow inspection, note it on the receipt and contact Benix immediately.
What to check
The carton, seals, and any sign of impact or moisture.
The model name, color, or lock type against the confirmed order.
The visible quantity of devices and accessories without breaking a warranty seal if the seal is still intact.
Visible damage on the device if the package may be opened on site.
If something is wrong
Photograph the package, seals, and damage before bringing the goods inside if possible.
Do not install a device that is dented, cracked, or missing an important accessory.
Contact Benix as soon as you can, with photos and the order code.
Keep the packaging
Keep the box and foam until inspection is finished and, if needed, until a return or warranty request is accepted. Missing packaging can slow verification.
